| A: The associate will make arrangements to collect the fee. However, the Educators will provide Student Management System (SMS) for this purpose. |

| A: The Educators will take care of corporate advertisement on national level, National daily newspapers, Internet etc. For this purpose 2.5% of Gross revenue will be taken from the Associates and this account will be auditable. |

| A: Advertising and Promotion of colleges will be made through adequate ethical marketing tools. |
| Q: Will associate place the logo of Beaconhouse at its stationery & building? |
| A: The Educators College logo will be used. |

| Q: Is there any restriction on number of college units to be run by an associate? |
| A: No, as long as the associate meets all general requirements and standards, any number of colleges can be developed. |
| Q: Sources of stationery and supplies? |
| A: In order to standardize student stationery operations, this will be available only from Prescribed booksellers. The Principal will advise about the stores. It may also be available at the school tuck shop. |

| A: Persons with experience in college management or in any other business enterprise/service can become a network associate. Investors, property owners can run as a professionally managed setup by hiring educationists. |

| A: Reasonable distance between two campuses shall be maintained depending upon the concentration of population in a particular area. However, there is no contractual binding upon the Network Associates. |

| A: Number of students in a class may vary slightly depending on the capacity and resources in a college. Generally, it will be 50 students per class. |
