themselves in order to run as efficiently as possible. The Educators guarantee
all Network Associates access to expertise in terms of proven techniques,
essential management control and a full set of support systems.
Quality Assurance (QA) Department
- Our QA team will conduct extensive training for all new Network Associates before transferring the established business management over to you.
- QA has developed a set of standard specifications and operating structures that have been illustrated in fully documented manuals, Quality System Procedures (QSP) and Business operating system instructions according to which all Network Associates will be ensured equal opportunities to expand in terms of quality.
- QA defines departmental structures and processes
that ensure adherence to ISO 9000.
Each Network Associate is required to follow the design specifications laid out by the college. These specifications are standardised, based on functional and operational experience in the field.
Academics Department
- Our Academics and planning department is well equipped in every subject and is involved in developing strong curriculum.
- They provide essential and effective training to the teachers on regular basis
- They put forward proposals for improvements in
effective teaching through articulated Education Project Management
techniques.
Every Network Associate will be required to comply with the policies laid down by our Academic Dept. regarding teaching methodologies and techniques.
Human Resources Department

- Our Human Resource team has developed a Human Resource Management Design in order to help you manage and utilise the skills of your human enterprise more effectively.
- The department is also responsible for providing you with staff hiring support through our fully documented selection criterion for academic and management personal.
- We expect full adherence to the selection criterion for teaching and management staff of the college
Corporate and Legal Department
- Our Corporate and Legal Department has been established to give you the required assistance in contractual and commercial issues.
It provides professional support for the formation of a company or a firm, and their subsequent operational matters.
Marketing Department
Our marketing team will assist you all the way in achieving maximum advertising
coverage nation wide, to highlight the strengths of The Educators
project.
- Our advertising plans and promotional activities enable our network associates to remain in the media limelight helping them to maximize the number of student enrolment. The groundbreaking feature of the Marketing department is the importance given to research, which enables this department to stay up-to-date with the latest market trends.

Finance Department

Management Information Services
- A fully integrated set of Management Information System will be provided to all our Network Associates.
- This includes the monitoring of enrolment, payment and attendance, etc.
