The Master Network Associate will be the prime investor as well as the benefactor. He will enjoy 30% of Sub Network Associates upfront franchise fee as well as 30% of all royalties accrued from him. The Network Associates will be entitled to use the Company’s trade name The Educators.
The Master Network Associate will enjoy following discounts on the renewal of our five-year Master Network Agreement:

The Sub Network Associates will be appointed under the Master Network Associates and will work to support the over all objectives of the educational programme.

  • They will be an integral part of a tri-part agreement between the Master Network Associates, 'The Educators' and them.
  • Sub Network Associates are the grass-root of the set up envisaged by ‘The Educators’ making them the most important link between the students and education.
  • They will be entitled to have all the facilities provided to the Master Associate, through Network Support Unit
  • The Sub Network Associates will pay the upfront franchise fee and an agreed percentage of royalty to the Company and the Master Network Associate
    The kind of network visualised by ‘The Educators’ is impossible without a competent Sub Network Associates.
