Graduation Ceremony

The Educators, a project of Beaconhouse, celebrated their Annual Graduation ceremony for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Examination here on Tuesday. The Federal Minister for Education, Mr. Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Sixty-Two graduates took part in the ceremony, held at Islamabad Club.

The Ceremony started by the top position holder Shahzeen Suleman, lighting up the candles as a symbol for the rest of the students to follow. Mrs. Shahida Mehmood, Regional Head Northern Region, The Educators, gave the welcome address to the Chief guest, Mr. Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman, Project Director Mr. Ali Raza, parents and the students. “The Educators has some of the brightest and most dynamic students in the country,” said Mrs. Shahida Mehmood. “Commencement is an opportunity to celebrate everything our graduates have accomplished and the wonderful possibilities that lie in their future.” She congratulated the teachers, school heads and Network Associates for their hard work.

The chief guest, Federal Minister for Education Mr. Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman gave the awards to the students. The first three position holders received tablets, Gold, Silver, Bronze medals, books and certificates. The top position holder was Shahzeen Suleman of Satellite Town campus, who secured 1011 marks and 8th position in the entire Rawalpindi Board. She received a tablet, certificate and a Gold medal. Second position was secured by Aiman Waheed of Satellite Town campus, with 1002 marks. She received a tablet, a silver medal and a certificate. The third position was also secured by the student of Satellite Town campus- Mahnoor Zahid, and was awarded books, silver and a certificate. Later, the Chief Guest, Mr. Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman and the Project Director Mr. Ali Raza were bestowed with souvenirs by the Regional Head, Mrs. Shahida Mehmood.

In his speech, the Chief Guest Federal Minister for Education Mr. Muhammad Baligh ur Rehman “congratulated the students by calling them the “Pioneers of Today”. He appreciated the way The Educators has been working for past one decade and wished the organization the best in the future endeavors.

Ms. Sadia Mughal, Academic Coordinator Northern Region, The Educators also said a few words of encouragement and congratulated the students and their parents and ended the ceremony with goodwill note.
