The process begins with a client’s inquiry about the project.
These inquiries can be made through telephone, fax, letter, email, or personal visits.
The inquiries are carefully dealt and then recorded on Inquiry Data Form (Form One).
After review of inquiry, a sales executive is designated to pursue the case. Selection
of a sales executive may depend on region, city, area, type of product etc.
The filled Inquiry Data Form is put in the custody of the sales executive and
constitutes the first enclosure of client’s dossier. The product information kit
consisting of the company profile, corporate leaflet, financial proposal and the
Application Form (Form Two) is immediately provided to the customer/client.
In case of distance inquiry this could be sent through courier. Rest of the supports
are provided to the customer after the submission of the Application Form (Form Two).
